2. What will I learn or achieve?
By the end, you’ll have a clear community-driven business model, an engaged member group, and a step-by-step playbook to scale sustainably.
3. What is the duration of the program?
5 weeks total — 4 weeks of live sessions and assignments, followed by a 1-week completion and review sprint.
4. What’s the format of the program?
It’s a fully virtual, live-interactive cohort. You’ll participate in group sessions, hands-on build assignments, and community discussions via WhatsApp.
5. What is the fee for the program?
FREE. The program fee is 100% waived in the spirit of enabling community-first founders. There are no hidden costs.
6. How are participants selected?
We keep the cohort small (8–10 participants). Applications are reviewed based on their motivation, clarity of purpose, and potential to contribute.
7. How much time do I need to commit each week?
Expect around 3–4 hours per week, including live sessions and assignments. Everything is designed to fit alongside your work schedule.
8. Is this a theory program or hands-on?
Hands-on! You’ll be building real community assets — not just learning slides. Each week ends with an action assignment you’ll apply immediately.
9. What kind of support will I get?
You’ll have direct access to Santosh in live sessions, plus peer feedback in a private WhatsApp group. Santosh also hosts a mid-cohort "Build Clinic" for personalized feedback.
10. Will there be recordings?
Yes — all live sessions are recorded and shared privately with participants.
11. Will I receive certification?
Yes, participants who complete all modules and reviews receive a Community-First Builder Certificate and are invited to join an alumni circle.
12. What happens after the program?
You’ll stay connected with your cohort and the broader Community-First Builders Circle alumni community, with opportunities for collaborations and mentorship.
13. Can I continue getting mentorship?
Yes — Santosh occasionally hosts alumni-only mentorship and showcase events. You’ll get first access to these as a graduate.
14. Do I need an existing audience or product?
Not necessarily. Some participants start with just an idea; others already have small communities or offerings. The program helps both levels grow.
15. What if I can’t attend this cohort?
